Terms and Conditions

As a handmade business, our turnaround time can be up to 6 weeks. We aim to complete orders in less time than this, but this gives us a little room to budge, to allow for any issues that may arise. At busier periods (eg, Christmas) this turnaround may also become a little longer.

This turnaround time span begins from the date of payment. This also applies for our custom slots. The turnaround will only begin once the invoice for the remaining balance has been paid in full, not from the date of the initial deposit paid to secure the slot. Please bare this in mind if you need the item/items by a certain date! This is your responsibility.

Our custom slots are released in limited amounts, on a first come first served basis. These dates and times are announced on our Instagram page. A non-refundable deposit will need to be paid upfront, via the website, to secure a slot and discuss the order. So please only go through with the payment if you are fully committed to completing the order. This has been put in place to avoid time wasting. Once the order has been confirmed an invoice or listing will be set up for the remaining amount.

Due to most of our items being OOAK custom creations, made to suit and fit your child’s individual taste and needs, we do not accept returns.

If you change your mind, a full refund can only be issued within a week of payment. After this, as well as time spent planning, fabrics may have been ordered or cut and these costs will need to be covered, so a deposit of 15% will be deducted from your refund!

Our items are handmade with love, so please treat them the same. Handwash only, do not put in the tumble dryer, and consider the heat settings if ironing, always starting at a lower level than you think to begin with and avoiding trims and fastenings.

Parcels will be sent signed for, apart from the more expensive items or multiple purchases, which will be spent special delivery to cover the larger value of the contents.
